Terms of Use

Pagely is a tool that generates landing pages from a photo and a price. You upload a product, pick a style, publish, and sell — receiving payments via Stripe (card, USD/EUR) or Asaas (PIX, BRL). We are not a marketplace: each seller operates their own payment account.

You must be 18+. You are responsible for ensuring the product/service sold on your landing page is legal in your country and respects third-party rights.

Sign-in via magic link emailed to you. You are responsible for keeping that email secure. Don't share magic links. Suspect a breach? Email [email protected] and change your account email.

Every seller gets 1 free published landing page. Additional pages cost R$ 19.90 (BR via PIX) or US$ 19 / €14 (rest of world via card), one-time per slot. On sales processed via Pagely we charge a 4.25% platform fee, on top of gateway fees (Stripe or Asaas) which go directly to your balance.

Slots are non-refundable. On bank chargeback we automatically mark your slot as refunded and unpublish the landing page that used it. You can buy another slot at any time.

You are the legal seller of everything sold via Pagely. That means: you issue receipts, you handle chargebacks, you honor warranties, returns and customer service. Pagely does not mediate disputes between buyer and seller — we direct the buyer to you.

Illegal or fraudulent content, copyright infringement, weapons, drugs, child sexual content, pyramid schemes, or anything that violates our payment gateways' policies (Stripe Restricted Businesses, Asaas Terms). Violation = immediate suspension.

Copy and image variants are AI-generated (OpenAI + fal.ai). You are responsible for reviewing before publishing. We don't guarantee generated content is accurate, unique or appropriate for your product. You grant Pagely the right to store and process these generations to provide the service.

You retain all rights to the original image you upload and to your product content. Pagely retains rights to the software and the landing-page templates. Generated variants belong to you, with the caveat that AI models may produce similar output for similar prompts.

You can delete your account anytime at /account/settings. Deletion is permanent and irreversible: we immediately anonymize your personal data (name, email, WhatsApp, tax ID) and make login impossible. We preserve sales history, payments and accounting data linked to the anonymized account — required by tax law (5 years) and protects your buyers. Your published LPs are unpublished. Your email goes to a permanent blocklist: no one can sign up with it again.

Pagely is provided 'as is'. We don't guarantee uptime, sales success or that the product will generate revenue. Our total monetary liability is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss caused by third-party failure (gateway, hosting, AI).

We may change them. We notify you 30 days in advance by email for changes that reduce your rights. Continued use = acceptance. Disagree? Delete the account.

Default: Paraguayan law (Consumer Defense Law 1334/98), jurisdiction of Asunción, Paraguay. EU users: GDPR and your local consumer law apply where more protective. Brazilian users: LGPD and the Brazilian Consumer Code (CDC) apply where more protective. California users: CCPA/CPRA applies. In every case, your mandatory local consumer rights remain.
