Understand why Melhor Envio is worth it
Melhor Envio compares carrier prices (Correios and others) and gives you a discounted shipping rate without needing a contract with each one. When it's connected, Pagely quotes shipping in real time for the buyer, so each person sees exactly how much they'll pay to receive it at their address.
Beyond the quote, you buy the shipping label through Melhor Envio itself, using the shipping amount the buyer already paid. This avoids the biggest headache for online sellers: closing a sale and only afterward finding out that shipping cost more than you charged.

Connect and authorize your Melhor Envio account
In Settings, under Integrations, find Melhor Envio and click to connect. You'll be taken to the Melhor Envio screen, where you log in with your account and authorize Pagely to quote shipping and generate labels for you. It's the same kind of secure authorization you use to log into other services with your account.
If you don't have a Melhor Envio account yet, create one for free on their site and come back to connect. The account is yours, in your name, and it's where the labels and the balance used to pay for shipping come from.
After authorizing, you return to Pagely automatically and the integration shows as connected. That's it, your pages can now use automatic shipping quotes.

Turn on automatic quotes for national shipping
On your page, open the delivery options and enable National shipping. Inside it there are two ways to calculate shipping: manual flat rate (a single price for all of Brazil) or automatic Melhor Envio quote. Choose the automatic quote.
Confirm that your origin address is correct, because that's where shipping is calculated from for each destination postal code. You can keep national shipping on alongside other delivery modes, like local pickup or local delivery, and the buyer chooses whichever they prefer at checkout.

See how shipping appears to the buyer
At checkout, the buyer enters their postal code and Pagely queries Melhor Envio on the spot. The available shipping options appear with the price of each one, and the buyer picks whichever they prefer. The shipping amount is added to the order total along with the product price.
Worth remembering something important: the Pagely fee, 3.9% per sale, applies only to the product, never to shipping. Shipping goes 100% to you, because that's what you use to pay for the shipping label.

Buy the label: automatic or manual
You have two ways to generate the label. The automatic one is a toggle that, when turned on, buys the Melhor Envio label by itself as soon as the sale is paid. It's great for anyone selling in volume who wants to skip that manual step.
If you'd rather keep control, leave auto-buy off and buy the label yourself when you're ready to ship the order. In both cases the label is bought through your Melhor Envio account, using the shipping amount the buyer already paid.

Keep a balance in your Melhor Envio wallet
Labels are paid from your Melhor Envio wallet balance, not by Pagely. So always keep some balance available there, especially if you turned on automatic label buying, so no sale is left without a label for lack of funds.
You add balance directly in the Melhor Envio dashboard, with Pix or card. Since the money from your sales lands directly in your account (Stripe or Pix), you use part of that income to top up the wallet and keep shipping without interruption.

Prefer not to connect? Use a flat rate
If you don't want to connect Melhor Envio right now, you can still sell across all of Brazil. Under national shipping, choose manual flat rate and set a single shipping price that applies anywhere in the country. The buyer sees that price at checkout and you handle shipping your own way, with the post office or carrier you prefer.
It's the simplest option to get started. When you want real-time quotes and label buying without leaving the dashboard, just connect Melhor Envio later, without losing anything you've already set up.

Do I have to pay to use Melhor Envio?
Connecting the account is free. You only pay for the shipping labels, which come out of your Melhor Envio wallet balance. Pagely charges nothing extra for this, and the 3.9% per-sale fee still applies only to the product, never to shipping.
Does the shipping money pass through Pagely?
No. The money from the sale, including shipping, lands directly in your payments account (Stripe or Pix). Shipping goes 100% to you, precisely because that's what you use to pay for the shipping label.
If I turn on auto-buy, what happens if I have no balance?
The label is paid from your Melhor Envio wallet balance. That's why it's important to keep a balance available there, even more so with auto-buy on. If there's no balance, the label isn't generated until you top up the wallet.
